As part of our contribution towards COVID-19 support for Namibian International Students that are currently abroad, NSFAF wishes to announce that it will support a once off payment of up to a maximum of US250.00 per student. This support is in a form of a loan and must be repaid back to NSFAF. Namibian students who wish to benefit from this assistance must meet the following criteria.
- NSFAF Beneficiaries
a) 2019/2020 confirmation of academic progress report from Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) or latest proof of registration or graduation confirmation letter;
b) Updated Banking details;
c) Signed addendum contract. - Non-NSFAF Beneficiaries
a) Fully completed online application form;
b) Copies of Namibian Identify, Namibian Passport and Study Visa;
c) 2019/2020 confirmation of academic progress report from Institution of Higher Learning (IHL), or latest proof of registration or graduation confirmation letter;
d) Signed contract (issued and availed only after application approval);
e) Banking details.
NOTE: this COVID-19 support is independent of the normal payment for international students, which is due and will be paid in September 2020.
