We refer to the Arbitration Award made on Thursday, 15 July 2021 in the matter of Ms. Hilya Nghiwete vs NSFAF (“the Fund”). In light of the public interest in the matter, the Fund wishes to inform the public that the Board is studying the Arbitration Award and reasons for such award to enable the Board to decide on the next course of action in the best interest of the Fund within the parameters of the applicable laws.
